Every so often I get a couple in front of my lens that’s so in love, I barely have to pose or prompt them and they create magic all on their own. Put them in their home city where they’ve lived, loved and raised their beautiful three girls for the last 14 years and it’s pure perfection! Tricia and Vince were that amazing, gorgeous, connected couple.
Philadelphia is a beautiful city in which to photograph weddings, engagements and just about anything. We watched the weather all week – was it going to rain? Or not? In the end we made the call to go with it – a little rain never bothered anyone, and it was so worth it to catch these two Philly love birds snuggle under an umbrella in Rittenhouse Square and walking down Broad Street. The rain let up long enough for us to throw Tricia and Vince their own anniversary parade in front of City Hall! 🎉 The wind picked up as we took a cab down to the Philly Waterworks in Fairmont Park, so they enjoyed a little bubbly as a warm up as evening began to set in.
Thanks Tricia & Vince for asking me to document your love for each other on your 14th wedding anniversary! It’s so clear that you have many, many years of love, laughter and happiness ahead!!
