Over the course of two years, Bailey and Michael’s bond deepened, strengthened by their shared experiences and unwavering devotion. In addition to the love they share for each other and for their close knit families, their lives are filled with the joyful chaos brought by their three energetic dogs. These furry companions are an integral part of their journey, bringing laughter and unconditional support to the couple every step of the way.

During the holiday season, Michael decided to surprise Bailey with an early Christmas gift that would change their lives forever. With excitement in his voice, he presented her with a box. Little did Bailey know that within that simple box awaited a profound question.

As she opened it, her eyes widened to find a mug that read “Will you marry me?” The overwhelming joy and love in that moment were accompanied by tears of happiness shed by Michael, forever etching the memory of their proposal in their hearts.

Bailey & Michael knew that the challenges posed by the pandemic meant potential delays to their wedding vows, so they decided to make things official in a beautiful, intimate courthouse ceremony in January 2022! However, they couldn’t wait to share their love with their closest family and friends as soon as they could! Which led to their plans for this beautiful intimate wedding at The Estate at Eagle Lake!

Bailey and Michael’s ceremony in June 2023 was not only a culmination of their love for each other, but a beautiful expression of their joy at finally being able to share this momentous occasion with their families and friends! These are emotions I’ve been fortunate enough to document for so many couples over the past several years – especially those of you who had to change and adapt your plans!

After their beautiful, heartfelt ceremony the couple, their wedding party and family gathered in the beautiful Estate at Eagle Lake gardens for portraits, then headed to cocktail hour to spend time with their guests.

One of the many reasons it’s a favorite venue for my couples is the light and airy reception tent, where Bailey & Michael retired to with their guests to dance and celebrate the night away! But first, the couple and I snuck away for a few private moments to explore the grounds, and capture some beautiful portraits of the two of them together.
