As a South Jersey and Philadelphia Wedding Photographer, I love Mütter Museum Weddings. The venue offers a perfect blend of sophisticated, historical charm with a unique Philadelphia twist which makes it unlike other “standard ballroom” venues in the city.
The Mütter Museum has a beautiful outdoor garden space for wedding ceremonies, as well as the gorgeous indoor Ashhurst Room with floor to ceiling mahogany walls and fireplace and wall-to-wall bookshelves.
Guests will also enjoy cocktails in the building’s marble rotunda, and the building’s historic architecture provides backdrops for plenty of stunning photographs.
